Built by Many: Celebrating the power of collective ambition
Insights|June 5, 2026
This year, House of Many Voices takes on a new form. For the first time, the event moves outdoors, transforming Helsinki’s Kasarmitori into a festival venue where music, conversations, food, and culture come together in the heart of the city.
Built around the theme Built by Many, the festival celebrates the power of collaboration, diversity of thought, and shared ambition. It is both a reflection on what creates strong communities and a tribute to the many people who have contributed to Roschier’s journey over the past nine decades.
“Built by Many is a reminder that the most meaningful achievements are rarely created alone. Progress happens when people bring different perspectives, experiences, and ideas together,” says Johan Sidklev, Group Managing Partner. Johan notes that the festival reflects the belief that lasting impact is built through dialogue, cooperation, and collective effort.
The program brings together voices from public leadership, business, culture, and European politics. Among the speakers are Daniel Sazonov, Mayor of Helsinki, Anna-Maja Henriksson, Member of the European Parliament and Vice-President of Renew Europe, Frida Johansson, Chief People Officer at Supercell, and Arja Saijonmaa, singer, author, and advocate for international dialogue. The festival also features Susanna Miekk-Oja, Managing Partner at Tracefi, and Salla Tammi, Director of Central Library Services at Helsinki City Library.
Two panel discussions will explore themes closely connected to the festival’s overarching idea. The Power of the City examines how cities, workplaces, and shared spaces contribute to trust, innovation, and wellbeing, while Mastering the Art of Relevance focuses on staying curious, adaptable, and grounded in one’s values in a rapidly changing world.
Alongside the conversations, guests can enjoy performances by Ida Elina, TIMO Brass Band, and DJ Palma. We also have one surprise in store.
