Bonnier News Local acquires local newspaper Mitt i

Roschier advised Bonnier News Local with its acquisition of the local newspaper Mitt i.

Mitt i publishes free newspaper in around 30 editions distributed to one million households in the greater Stockholm region. The acquisition is of strategic importance for Bonnier News Local, and Mitt i’s well-established brand will further strengthen Bonnier News Local presence in Stockholm. Mitt i will be integrated into Bonnier News Local’s operations.

The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.
