Alecta Fastigheter acquires office properties in Gothenburg from Technopolis

Roschier advised Alecta Fastigheter in the acquisition of office properties located in Gårda, Gothenburg, from Technopolis.

The properties, which were built in 1999 and 2004, respectively, consist of four buildings connected at street level. The premises underwent extensive renovation between 2020 and 2023. In addition to modern and efficient office spaces with a high level of service, the properties also house a restaurant, a gym, conference rooms, and parking facilities.

The acquisition is in line with Alecta Fastigheter’s growth strategy to expand in priority submarkets. With these new properties, Alecta Fastigheter is strengthening its presence and gaining a stronger foothold in the area around Ullevi.
