Airswift Global AS issues USD 325 million senior secured bonds

Roschier has advised Pareto Securities AB as sole global coordinator, and Pareto Securities AB and Arctic Securities AS as joint bookrunners, in connection with Airswift Global AS’s issuance of USD 325 million senior secured bonds under a framework of USD 525 billion.
