Acquisition of a residential development project in Tyresö

Roschier advised an international institutional investor in its forward-funding purchase of a residential development project to be constructed in Tyresö from Magnolia Bostad.

The development project, located in Tyresö Bäverbäcken, includes 140 apartments across three six-storey buildings and 47 garage parking spaces. The buildings will be certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver, and construction is scheduled to commence in the second half of 2025 with completion expected in 2027.
