3i Infrastructure plc invests in Lefdal Mine Datacenter

Roschier acted as Swedish legal counsel to 3i Infrastructure plc on its acquisition of a majority stake in Lefdal Mine Datacenter, a high-quality data centre campus in Norway, and a portfolio of operating renewable assets, from a fund managed by Columbia Threadneedle Investments.

Completion is expected in summer 2026.
