- A consortium led by MEAG, the asset manager of global reinsurance company Munich Re and ERGO, in connection with its acquisition of forest lands from Stora Enso;
- PwC Sweden on its divestment of parts of its audit and advisory services focused on small and medium-sized companies to Cedra, an audit and advisory group backed by Adelis Equity Partners; and
- CT Kulturarv AB controlled by the Hult family in their acquisition of the legendary textile artisan company Märta Måås-Fjetterström.
