In this episode, Jenny Welander Wadström and Linnéa Ceréus discuss the latest rulings from the Labour Court in the area of parental leave: AD 2025 no. 53 and AD 2025 no. 57.
We address the rights of employees on parental leave regarding work assignments after their leave, as well as the right to compensation when work is prohibited during pregnancy. In addition, we highlight how employers should act going forward to ensure compliance with the legislation regarding parental leave.
