Roschier’s recognized as Firm of the Year at IFLR Europe Awards 2025

Roschier has received the National Firm of the Year – Finland award at the IFLR Europe Awards 2025, which recognize legal innovation and excellence in cross-border transactions across Europe.

Organized by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR), the awards highlight law firms, lawyers, and in-house teams behind some of the most complex and pioneering deals in banking, capital markets, corporate law, and financial regulation. The awards focus on legal innovation, precedent-setting transactions, and contributions to developing the cross-border legal environment.

The 2025 IFLR awards were presented at a ceremony in London on 3 April. Roschier’s Senior Associates Pinja Liikanen and Jaakko Laitinen accepted the award on behalf of the firm. In addition to receiving the National Firm of the Year – Finland award, we were also shortlisted for Deal of the Year, EU Firm of the Year, and National Firm of the Year – Sweden.
