Roschier continues to strengthen its Employment practice in Stockholm with the appointment of a new Counsel, bringing extensive experience in employment law and an international perspective to the team.

We are pleased to welcome Simon Söderholm as Counsel in the firm’s Employment practice in Stockholm.

Simon joins Roschier with more than a decade of experience advising clients on employment law matters. His background combines legal education and professional experience from both Austria and Sweden, providing an international perspective on workforce and employment related issues.

“One of the most interesting developments today is how traditional employment frameworks adapt to new ways of working, including platform work and other emerging forms of labor relationships,” says Simon.

Before joining Roschier, Simon spent more than twelve years working within business law, with employment law as his primary focus. Earlier in his career, he also gained experience in private client matters, which helped shape his understanding of the personal dimensions that often arise in employment-related situations.

“Simon brings extensive employment law experience, an international perspective, and a strong understanding of the complex people and workforce issues facing employers today. His expertise further strengthens our ability to support clients as employment law continues to evolve alongside new ways of working and an increasingly international regulatory landscape,” says Jenny Welander Wadström, Partner and Head of Employment.

Roschier’s Employment team advises leading Nordic and international companies on the full spectrum of employment, executive, workforce transformation, and workplace related matters.
