Roschier in solidarity at Orange Month procession
Insights|November 26, 2025
UN Women launched the global “Orange the World” campaign to mobilize action against violence toward women and girls, and we are proud to support this work, standing with those affected and joining collective efforts for lasting change.
Yesterday we joined a wide group of fellow professional services firms and other peer organizations in Helsinki to mark the Orange the World campaign (‘Oranssit päivät’) and to stand against violence toward women and girls. Together, we paused in solidarity to remember lives lost to violence, to acknowledge those who have experienced it, and to share a common resolve to end it.
As part of the global campaign, our Helsinki office was illuminated in orange, and the firm contributed to UN Women Finland’s fundraising efforts. Some of us also took part in the silent candlelight procession organized by UN Women Finland and the City of Helsinki.

The procession began at Esplanade Park and concluded at the orange-lit Havis Amanda statue, where participants placed candles in remembrance and hope. Along the route, the Sing & Shine Choir offered a performance, reinforcing the gathering’s message of dignity and resolve.
The evening also featured a speech by Suzanne Innes-Stubb, patron of the 2025 Oranssit päivät campaign. She talked about the importance of refusing silence around violence and of continuing to act – individually and collectively – for a safer, more equal society.
For us, participating alongside our peers in Orange Month is a way to show support, raise awareness, and stand with those affected. We remain committed to advancing equality and human rights, in our workplaces and in the communities we serve.
