Nokia’s sale of Enterprise Campus Edge business

Nokia has entered into an agreement concerning the sale of its Enterprise Campus Edge (ECE) business to AURELIUS. Roschier acted as legal adviser to Nokia on the transaction.

ECE is a recognized industry leader in private wireless, serving nearly 900 customers across manufacturing, mining, logistics, airports, ports and power generation worldwide. The transaction supports Nokia’s strategy to sharpen its portfolio and direct capital toward the areas where it can create the greatest long-term value.

The transaction is anticipated to close in the first half of 2027, contingent upon the fulfilment of customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
