John Nurminen Foundation and Roschier – continuing our collaboration

We share our expertise and knowledge by providing pro bono legal services to those in need, and we actively support a range of charitable causes. One of our pro bono clients is John Nurminen Foundation, whose main mission is to protect the Baltic Sea and its heritage.

Roschier has a dedicated  team providing support in projects and helping out with legal issues in the day-to-day operational work of the John Nurminen Foundation. We have worked together on a variety of matters related to general corporate and company law, different contracts and all kinds of collaboration agreements, as well as data privacy and IPR related questions.
