Advisense sells FCG Fonder

Roschier advised Advisense, a leading governance, risk and compliance advisory service provider backed by IK Partners, on the sale of FCG Fonder to Universal Investment Group.

FCG Fonder is a market-leading fund management company with around SEK 50 billion in assets under administration, offering fund management services to asset managers and professional investors. FCG Fonder has specialist expertise in fund structuring, administration, asset management, marketing and distribution.

The transaction is expected to close during the first half of 2026 and is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
