Dream Challenge 2024: Roschier encouraged the youth to shape their future

Insights|April 11, 2024

Roschier continues to support its pro bono partner A Million Minds, an independent organization that aims to help young people in urban areas in Sweden develop their dreams and reach their full potential and capacity, something that Roschier wants to encourage.

Held by A Million Minds, Dream Challenge program aims to break down barriers of exclusion by motivating the school students aged 13–16 who live in urban areas in Sweden to apply to high school and prioritize their education.

Dream Challenge 2024 wrapped up on 27 March, and we hope that the Roschier coaches helped the young people to gain confidence and inspired them to pursue the future that they envision for themselves.

This year, the program was held at Järvaskolan with seven of our colleagues joining as coaches and jury members. Dream Challenge 2024 comprised four sessions where the coaches acted as role models, helping the participants to set goals for their future and produce concrete plans on how to achieve them. The sessions covered topics such as private economy, future planning, presentation techniques, and budgeting. The program concluded with the finalists presenting their projects to the jury competing for the cash prize.
