Tom Groop is a Helsinki-based Senior Associate specialized in IP and dispute resolution, with particular industry focus on pharmaceuticals and biosciences. He has extensive experience in intellectual property litigation involving multi-jurisdictional patent litigation and trademark litigation before the European Court of Justice.
Tom’s previous experience includes working for Vattenfall Oy and Outokumpu Oy as Visiting Lawyer.
