Minna Vammeljoki is a Helsinki-based Senior Associate specialized in dispute resolution. Minna’s practice includes litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, with particular focus on advising in white-collar crime cases. Minna also advises on questions regarding EU law. Minna has experience of criminal investigations and criminal trials relating to various subject matters, such as fraud, bribery and environmental crime. Minna also has experience of a wide range of commercial disputes relating to, e.g. projects & construction, agency & distribution, transportation law and insolvency, and of EU litigation in Luxembourg.
In addition to holding an LL.M. degree from the University of Helsinki, Minna has studied law at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden and the University of Geneva in Switzerland.
Prior to joining Roschier Minna worked for another Finnish law firm and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland. Minna has trained at the Bench.
