Minna Vammeljoki is a Helsinki-based Senior Associate specialized in dispute resolution. Minna’s practice includes litigation and arbitration, with particular focus on white collar crime, investigations and crisis management. Minna frequently leads criminal defense of corporate clients in matters relating to e.g., fraud, bribery and environmental crime. Minna also acts as counsel and arbitrator in commercial disputes relating to various fields, including corporate law, shareholder relations, agency & distribution and projects & construction. Minna has a wide experience of working with listed companies, after being seconded as Compliance & Ethics Officer in a Finnish listed engineering & services company with a global reach, and after working at Roschier’s Public M&A and Corporate Advisory practice. Minna also has experience of Private Equity after advising clients in several post-M&A disputes, and of EU litigation in Luxembourg.
In addition to holding an LL.M. degree from the University of Helsinki, Minna has studied law at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden and the University of Geneva in Switzerland.
Prior to joining Roschier Minna worked for another Finnish law firm and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland. Minna has trained at the Bench.
