Mari Mohsen is a Helsinki-based Senior Associate specialized in employment law with a particular focus on employment and labor law related disputes. Mari also has experience from advising on a wide variety of matters relating to complex corporate restructuring, co-operation procedures, termination of employment, collective bargaining agreements and terms of employment, as well as to occupational safety and health matters, especially questions relating to psychological occupational health and safety issues and related investigations in the workplace. Additionally, Mari is a frequent lecturer on various topics concerning employment law.
Mari’s previous experience includes working in the Labour Court and the Helsinki Court of Appeal, and she has also served as a member of the Labour Council. She currently acts as a Secretary of the Finnish Labour Law Association.
Mari is recognized as one of the experts in Finland within the area of employment law by international legal directories such as Chambers Europe and The Legal 500.
