Jussi Pelkonen is a Helsinki-based Financial Regulatory & Funds Counsel. He has more than 20 years of experience in financial regulatory, investment banking as well as capital markets and public M&A transactions. His previous experience includes working as CEO and General Counsel at Northern Horizon Capital AIFM, and General Counsel of the Wealth Management Advisory and Corporate Finance business units at Evli Bank. Jussi holds both an LL.M. degree from Helsinki University and a M.Sc. (Econ) from the Helsinki School of Economics (currently Aalto University School of Business).
