Hanna Tilus is a Stockholm-based Senior Associate specializing in intellectual property, marketing law and personal data protection (GDPR). Hanna has extensive experience from advising clients in various industries on IP- and technology-related topics, including transactions, licensing, technology transfers, co-marketing, R&D collaborations, complex commercial contracts, multi-jurisdictional IP-litigation and administrative appeals.
Hanna also has extensive in-house experience of the life sciences industry from working at the global life sciences company Bayer AB with responsibility for legal affairs, primarily in Sweden but also regarding global issues (including working out of Germany), such as regulatory issues, corporate compliance and GDPR.
Before joining Roschier in 2019, Hanna also worked for another major law firm in Stockholm and as a visiting lawyer at H&M Hennes & Mauritz.
