Erik Ejdesjö

Erik Ejdesjö is a Stockholm-based Associate working with Roschier’s Employment practice. He has experience from a range of employment and benefits issues, including annual leave as well as disputes and negotiations. He has also advised companies in relation to senior management employment agreements and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Roschier in 2021, Erik worked as an Associate at Cirio within the field of public & private M&A.
Erik Ejdesjö is currently on leave of absence.
Erik Ejdesjö’s experience includes advising:
- CVC with the acquisition of Visma’s consulting business focused on digital transformation, formerly a part of Visma Custom Solutions;
- Solör Bioenergi in the acquisition of Lantmännen Agrovärme; and
- Searchlight Capital Partners in the sale of Opus Bilprovning AB to Arcus.
