Elina Saxlin-Hautamäki is a Helsinki-based Senior Associate specialized in intellectual property as well as marketing and consumer law, including dispute resolution. In addition to providing contractual and regulatory advice, she has extensive experience from disputes relating to protection of intellectual property rights as well as administrative appeal matters particularly in the area of pharmaceutical industry. Apart from her LL.M degree, Elina holds a M. Soc. Sci. degree from the University of Helsinki, majoring in development studies.

- Innovative pharmaceutical companies in administrative appeal matters concerning, inter alia, regulatory data protection as well as pricing and reimbursement;
