Elina Saxlin-Hautamäki is a Helsinki-based Senior Associate specialized in intellectual property as well as marketing and consumer law, including dispute resolution. She has experience from patent disputes and administrative appeal matters particularly in the area of pharmaceutical industry. In addition to her LL.M degree, Elina holds M. Soc. Sci. degree from the University of Helsinki, majoring in development studies.
Elina Saxlin-Hautamäki’s experience includes advising:
- Innovative pharmaceutical companies in preliminary injunction and patent infringement proceedings against generic drug manufacturers;
- Innovative pharmaceutical companies in administrative appeal matters concerning, inter alia, regulatory data protection as well as pricing and reimbursement;
