Elina Saxlin-Hautamäki is a Helsinki-based Senior Associate. She specializes in intellectual property as well as marketing and consumer law, including dispute resolution. In addition to providing contractual and regulatory advice, she has extensive experience from disputes relating to protection of intellectual property as well as administrative proceedings in the area of pharmaceutical and other consumer goods industries.
Elina also advises clients in non-contentious and contentious assignments involving public procurements as well as questions relating to use and protection of personal data in research context, including secondary use of medical data.
