Björn Rustare is a Stockholm-based Employment Counsel. He has significant experience in the field of employment law, including advice related to reorganizations, cross-border business transfers, M&A transactions, privacy issues, collective bargaining agreements, working environment issues and trade union disputes. His previous experience includes working for another major Swedish law firm as well as for the Equal Opportunities Ombudsman, Swedbank AB and PostNord Group AB.
In addition to his Swedish LL.M. degree, Björn has also studied law at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He has also been a guest lecturer in employment law at Uppsala University.
