Andrew Laderman is a Stockholm-based Senior Associate working with Roschier’s Finance & Restructuring practice. He has a wide range of experience advising both lender and borrower clients across all aspects of the banking and finance sector, including, real estate finance, corporate lending, acquisition finance, leverage finance, securitisations, fund finance, asset finance and restructuring. Prior to joining Roschier, he worked at Norton Rose Fulbright in London and had a secondment with BNP Paribas, Paris.

Andrew has international experience in the banking and finance sector, having worked in London, Paris, Singapore and Stockholm. He is also a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and attended BPP Law School, London (graduated with Distinction).

Andrew is a native English speaker with a proficiency in Swedish and French.

Work highlights

Andrew Laderman’s experience includes advising:

  • GRO in its acquisition of DigitalRoute;
  • Wind farm developer Vasa Vind and its owner APG in connection with a EUR 109 million portfolio refinancing with Rabobank;
  • Citycon in the acquisition of the remaining 50% share in Kista Galleria;
  • the lenders in connection with Stirling Square, TA and Macquarie Capital’s recommended public cash offer for Byggfakta;
  • TA Associates in the fully underwritten SEK 4.3 billion rights issue in Elos Medtech;
  • Genesta in the acquisition of a logistics property from ICA Real Estate;
  • Volkswagen in Northvolt’s USD 1.1 billion capital raise.
