Uniform office design and visitor experience in the Nordics: Roschier finalizes second relocation within a year

Roschier's Helsinki office will be relocated to custom-designed premises at Kasarmitori Square within two weeks. The move seals the firm's projects in Finland and Sweden to unify its office design and visitor experience for the future.

Roschier's upcoming move to Kasarmikatu 21 A on 26 February 2018 will take place roughly a year after the relocation of the firm's Stockholm office to Urban Escape in January 2017. Under the overall theme of Nordic Lucidity, both offices offer a uniform and unique experience in centrally located premises with modern, flexible and sustainable facilities, the latest technology, and tailor-made solutions of the highest standard.

Roschier's strong Nordic profile, one-firm mindset and uniform approach to providing high-quality, client-centric advice have been the guiding principles when planning and designing the new premises. In accordance with the firm's long-term environmental strategy, the office buildings in Helsinki and Stockholm are certified according to the highest levels of the LEED environmental rating. Environmental factors have also been taken into account by increasing Roschier's video conferencing equipment in all conference rooms to enable flexibility for teamwork across country, practice and team borders, and to reduce travel.

"We are very pleased to have completed two moves to custom-designed premises within one year – and according to the established timetable and investment framework," says Roschier's Managing Partner Fredrik Rydin. "The new premises in Helsinki and Stockholm are designed with our people and clients in mind. They reflect our core values in many ways by offering contemporary, sustainable and functional conference and working spaces in a central location, which makes it easy for our clients to visit and work with us, and enables our people to maximize the benefits of the latest technology solutions and teamwork facilities when assisting our clients."

"Having new premises with the same look and feel in both locations is a great platform for the firm to grow and prosper, both now and in the future," adds Rainer Hilli, Chairman of the Board at Roschier. "The firm's uniform service concept is something we are very proud of, so modifying our operations and upgrading our premises constitute a natural step in further strengthening Roschier's already solid position as one of the leading providers of pioneering legal advice in the Nordic region."
