Roschier's employment and benefits advice in great demand

The firm's Employment & Benefits team welcomes a new lawyer and continues to expand its scope.

Roschier's Employment & Benefits practice continues to grow and reinforce its capabilities in response to increasing demand for high-level employment advice, both stand-alone and connected to, for example, disputes, day-to-day advisory, and transactions. Following the arrival of Partner Anu Waaralinna and Employment Counsel Jukka Paloheimo to the Helsinki team earlier this year, the practice currently comprises a cross-border team of some 20 practitioners in Finland and Sweden. The team's latest addition, Senior Associate Mari Mohsen, further strengthens the firm's expertise in employment-related litigation due to her comprehensive court experience.

"We are continuously developing Roschier's Nordic Employment & Benefits offering with Partner Jenny Welander Wadström, who heads our practice in Sweden," says Anu Waaralinna, Partner and Head of the Employment & Benefits practice. "As a trusted advisor and strategic speaking partner to our clients in their most significant corporate employment and benefits projects, disputes, and executive matters, we need to make sure that we always stay relevant and create value.  With the strategic additions of new team members, the broader scope of the practice and its size, plus the team's extensive combined experience, we are highly committed and well-equipped to support our clients in the full spectrum of complex employment law work," Waaralinna notes.
