Roschier to move into new office buildings in Stockholm and Helsinki

Roschier announces the relocation of its offices from their current locations at Blasieholmen in Stockholm and Keskuskatu in Helsinki to new custom-designed premises, the moves scheduled to take place in 2016-2018. Roschier's future premises in Stockholm are part of the new Urban Escape project. In Finland, the Helsinki office will be accommodated in a brand new Roschier building.
Roschier has taken steps to take its office premises in Sweden and Finland to the next level. Recently, Roschier and AMF Fastigheter signed the lease for the firm's new premises in the Urban Escape project in Stockholm. Developed by AMF, Urban Escape Stockholm is a new and pioneering city concept located between Hamngatan, Regeringsgatan and Brunkebergstorg comprising five buildings, four streets and two squares in the very center of Stockholm with the vision of creating a place for innovation, knowledge and creativity. Roschier's move into new premises in this office and urban city space project is expected to take place towards the end of next year.
Simultaneously, the plans to move Roschier's Helsinki office from its long-standing location at Keskuskatu to a new office building being constructed at Kasarmikatu 21 are moving forward. The lease for the premises in the new Roschier building was signed in May between Roschier, Ahlström Capital and HGR Property Partners. The new building will accommodate Roschier's offices in Helsinki. The office project is quite unique, not only because of the location and scope of the project, but because it involves replacing an existing building with a brand new office building in the city center of Helsinki. The move is scheduled to take place a year later than the Stockholm move.
The environmental standards of both projects are very high, targeting the highest levels of certification according to the LEED green building certification program.
"These projects are very much in line with Roschier's strategy to be the leading law firm in the Nordics and to serve our clients from centrally located office premises with access to modern and flexible facilities, the latest technology and tailor-made solutions of the highest standard. The new custom-designed premises will give us a great platform for the future and provide sustainable working facilities for both offices in accordance with our long-term environmental strategy," says Rainer Hilli, Managing partner of Roschier.
