Only two months to go until Roschier's relocation to Urban Escape Stockholm

Roschier's move to new office premises in Stockholm's vibrant and pioneering city space Urban Escape is just around the corner. The date has been set, and the move will take place in early January 2017.

"We are really excited about the final stages of the project, and look forward to the actual move and to becoming fully operational in the new office," says Fredrik Rydin, Roschier's Managing partner.

Roschier's new premises at Urban Escape offer a modern and highly effective working environment in terms of use of space and technology. Urban Escape is located between Hamngatan, Regeringsgatan and Brunkebergstorg, and comprises five buildings, four streets and two squares in the very center of Stockholm. This new and pioneering city space, developed by AMF Fastigheter, offers long-term, sustainable solutions, and supports innovation and resulting synergies. The urban rooftop environment with restaurants and recreational areas, which is gradually taking shape, will offer tenants and visitors a unique experience. All properties in Urban Escape are certified in compliance with the international certification system LEED, level Gold.

"The central location, the focus on sustainable solutions and innovation synergies combined with flexibility and functionality makes the premises very much in line with our values and our working methods," Rydin continues.

Altogether, some 160 people will move into Roschier's new premises at Urban Escape, and the office is expected to be fully operational in early 2017. Move-related details, including the new visiting address, will be communicated closer to the date of the move.
