"We are very pleased to welcome Anu to Roschier," says Mikko Manner, Head of Roschier's Helsinki office. "She is a highly distinguished professional with an extremely strong market profile and an excellent track record on complex, high-end employment-related assignments. Together with Jenny Welander Wadström, who heads the Employment & Benefits practice in Sweden, she will be instrumental in developing our Nordic employment solutions and supporting our clients in an era of business transformation, where digital disruption and workforce transformation are on the boardroom agendas".
Roschier’s Employment & Benefits practice is recognized for its ability to provide first-class, stand-alone legal advice on a broad range of employment law and pension matters and to function as an integrated part of Roschier's other teams in matters of public and private M&A, outsourcing, data privacy and digitalization, and other matters requiring expertise in multiple practice areas.
"The attention corporations are paying today on people-related matters in order to build workforces that take part in business transformation is significant," says Roschier Managing Partner Fredrik Rydin. "That is where we can create value for all parties involved, ensuring that the related change processes are professionally planned, compliant and executed in a collaborative way. It is also evident that this transformation will call for strategic-level advice to top management and boardrooms to a much higher degree than before. Client orientation and pioneering being two of Roschier's core values, Anu is the perfect match for us. Her excellent ability to advise Nordic and global corporations on complex employment matters is very much in line with our one-firm strategy and gives us a great opportunity to further broaden our client offering."
