Roschier is one of the leading law firms in the Nordic region, and the firm continues to grow. We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our Talent Acquisition team.
Our Talent Acquisition Trainee position is ideal for you who want to kickstart your career within Talent Acquisition to challenge yourself in an inspirational way to reach your full potential. As our Talent Acquisition Trainee you will get an excellent platform for your future career within Talent Acquisition and build a vast Nordic network in a professional services environment. You will be an integral part of our Nordic Talent Development team and support the Talent Development team, mainly in our Stockholm office. In your role you will get to see the recruitment lifecycle from an HR perspective, including tasks related to HR operations and development. We put extensive emphasis on supporting our employees during different stages of their career and therefore your expertise and assistance with the administrative tasks will be highly valued. You will also have an important role in ensuring the integrity of our data when working closely with various systems and retrieving reports.
This is a full-time and fixed-term employment for 9 months. Start date will be during August 2023.
Your main tasks will include but are not limited to
- assist with the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining applicant tracking systems
- support the Talent Acquisition team in the creation of job postings and the sourcing of candidates
- perform administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as maintaining recruitment files, coordinating background checks, and preparing offer letters
- provide support to the Talent Acquisition team with implementation and management of our new recruitment system
- assist with other tasks related to cross-border Talent Development initiatives
You may be the person we are looking for if you
- have a genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and aim to grow to a future professional within the field
- have previous experience working with customer service, administration, or similar detail-oriented work
- are about to graduate or already have a degree in HR, administration, business, psychology or in a related field and are in the beginning of your career
- are a flexible person with a can-do attitude and are committed to providing the highest level of service both internally and externally
- are a team player and work effectively with people in various roles in the organization
- are fluent in Swedish and have good written and oral communication skills in English
