Roschier is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead to join its Stockholm office

​Roschier is one of the leading law firms in the Nordic region. We are now looking to find a driven talent acquisition professional to join our Talent team in Stockholm.

In your role as Talent Acquisition Lead you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s local talent acquisition strategy and ensuring that it is aligned with the overall talent management strategy and business needs. You will have the responsibility for attracting, sourcing and hiring candidates and ensuring a excellent candidate experience by handling the recruitment processes from end-to-end.

Your will also be responsible for recruitment forecasting and for driving and developing all recruitment activities and processes in Stockholm, including sourcing and screening of candidates, interviews, assessments and closing of processes. Together with local HR and hiring managers you will be responsible for identifying recruitment needs. You will make sure we continue to have professional and competence-based recruitment processes, by coaching the firm’s interviewers and managers in interview techniques.

Together with our cross-border Talent team you will be part of developing, planning and coordinating employer branding initiatives to ensure a continued attractive and authentic employer brand as well as activities that match the talent pool’s expectations. The role also includes responsibility for planning and following up on the recruitment & employer branding budget in Stockholm.

You may be the person we are looking for if you

are an independent and stable person, keen on working in a fast-paced environment. You are a great team player with good communication skills. You genuinely enjoy searching for candidates and creating an excellent recruitment experience for both the firm and the candidates. You also have the ability to create, structure and follow through your own initiatives and projects.

We also believe that in order to succeed in the role you should have

  • approximately five years of experience within recruitment, experience of inhouse recruitment and from a professional services firm is considered an advantage
  • experience from handling end-to-end recruitment processes, experience of cut-e assessments or similar is considered an advantage
  • an interest, and preferably some experience, within employer branding
  • fluency in both written and spoken English and Swedish
