Working as an Associate Lawyer within our Real Estate, Energy & Infrastructure practices

Roschier’s cross-border Real Estate transactions team regularly advises private equity investors, institutional investors, real estate funds, developers as well as listed and private corporations in complex and challenging corporate real estate transactions and development projects. We have long-standing experience in large and complex corporate real estate matters and are therefore able to deliver comprehensive advice, including strategic advice on structuring of deals, joint ventures, and various financing solutions.

Roschier’s Energy & Infrastructure team offers an end-to-end service that caters to the specific needs of individual clients or a consortium of partners involved in significant brown and green field projects. Such ventures may fall within the areas of energy, transportation, telecommunication, industrial production sites, data centers or complex real estate developments.

Your profile

You have 0-3 years of experience working with real estate transactions/energy & infrastructure projects and construction law or have recently obtained a law degree and genuinely want to develop into an expert within the field.
