In the Associate Trainee program, you have a chance to apply your studies to practice in a challenging and ever-changing business law environment. You will have the opportunity to use your talent and imagination and learn to apply your legal knowledge in practice.
Our Associate Trainees have various tasks that resemble the work of our Junior Associates. These tasks may include drafting documents, making legal translations or preparing problem-based analyses of the application of different laws. The assignments vary on a broad scale, which keeps the work interesting.
Our full-time Associate Trainees work five days a week for a fixed-term period.
During your first days at the office you will be introduced to your colleagues and your tasks. The Trainee Induction Days at the beginning of your trainee period will also help you get acquainted with our firm, and you will have your own tutor and assistant contact to guide you in the practicalities of working at Roschier.
As an Associate Trainee you will be assigned to work within one or more of the following operational groups: Brands, EU & Competition, Dispute Resolution, Employment & Benefits, Finance & Restructuring, IP & Technology, Corporate & Capital Markets, Tax & Structuring and M&A. You will also be invited to participate in various events and training sessions arranged by The Roschier University. When your traineeship comes to an end, we hope to continue our relationship with you through the Roschier Trainee Alumni Network. The network provides a platform for you to stay in touch with us and your fellow trainees following your time with us.
Our Associate Trainee program represents an outstanding opportunity to discover the world of business from a legal perspective. It is also an excellent way for you to get to know Roschier and for us to get to know you.
Send us your application, and join our team! If you have a preference, please state in which operational group you would be most interested in working.
